Hello, Could the 'Choose' option on the care for the reports be filtered more easily to see only the notes from the GP. At present it has all professionals which makes it hard to filter to only GP notes when looking for information.

To ensure person centred notes and save time, when creating notes with 1 or more actions within the note. Would be a good idea to have 1 general note to write to include all of what has been done rather than clicking and editing each action

Care settings use diaries to give track of appointment, tasks etc. Adding this would be very beneficial and does not involve much coding.

Add features such as DOLs, if the person lives in the Care Home instead of Respite or Home Care.

Remove 'unwitnessed fall' and replace with 'found on the floor'. This is preferable phrase as if the person is unable to explain what happened and it is unwitnessed, how do staff know they fell?
