In the advanced care plan the information regarding a GP cannot be updated. Can this be changed so that when contact details are updated in contacts it pulls through to the advanced care plan. This is information that is essential to have correct at a very sensitive time.
Also, if you update any contact, it will not update on the Advanced Care Plan unless you archive the form and create a new one create additional work when there needn't be. Please can this be fixed asap.
