Is it possible to consider adding the ability to scan staff documents i.e supervisions, appraisals to their files like we do residents as this will reduce archiving significantly.

It would be good to include when DoLs was approved on the capacity report. It does say approved but doesn't specify that that is for DoLs. Would be good to have a separate report for viewing all under DoLS

Wound Care Summary Report is not reflecting last wound review date. As of now, it only reflects upcoming review/dressing change date in Wound Care Summary Report. We have to go to individual dashboard-wound care section to see the last review date.

can the emergency contact number of family and friends. ALWAYS be the first number at the top of the contact list. otherwise the wrong person is contacted at times due to the nature of the system Not all staff see the red telephone !
