We often have residents who need one tone care support because of clinical need or for behavioural support. I currently cannot evidence that there is someone present for the full 24 hour support.

Would it be possible to have a hearing aid icon at the side of the resident's picture which we could tick and then easily identify who has hearing aids? maybe even dentures/

The mental capacity assessment form - Can this be made so you can fit more than 1 option on it as currently only allows 1 line which means you need to do more than 1 assessment when it is all covered in one DOLS

For care home in Scotland, could we please have an AWI (section47) yes/ no tab like the DNACPR. A date for these would be helpful to allow us to easily check when they need to be renewed.

Would be great if data in PCS can be pulled to support the creation of the QOF (Quality of Outcomes Framework)

A section in the system with forms for consent such as:1. Consent for sharing information~2. Consent in supporting in Money management3. Medication consent

Currenlty with PCS we only have half an incident reporting system which is frustrating, the old accident and incident paperwork has had to be preserved for everything else. It should be possible to have a unified system.

We are asked to complete a separate form for MCA and the best interest for each individual thing such as Sensors and locked doors. Can you make the forms more simple to allow for this?

It will be a good feature if we are able to download the contact details of the families of the residents in excel format.

When printing care notes for handover, when you select order by location, it would be helpful to have the room numbers come up against residents name.
