We would like to add marketing consent form to use pictures of residents for marketing related. We can add scanned documents via scanned section, but we would like to get the reports based on the answers they provided I.e yes/no to consent form.!

I would like to see a " Delusional " tile in the Emotional Support section. This is critical as Delusions and ideations do not fall under the present tiles and it helps with evidence for monitoring mental health and reviews for those service users...

On wound care (charts) under the heading 'wound condition' please can we have an 'other option' with a text box. For us, surrounding skin condition doesn't give enough options. We have to comment in box at bottom of wound chart.

We do weekly flower arranging and it would be fab if there was an activities button that indicated flower arranging.
