Stop average times for tasks to be done, have actual evident on reports

To make the time staff take to carry out i.e. personal care a total as opposed to an average. It would help with understanding Dependency levels and give a better picture of care provided. Where at the moment it is done on averages for each 'task'. Told to document tasks separately which defeats the object of the system as it is supposed to be Person Centred!
