At present when you chose Fall tab on app automatically goes as Accident even if there are no injuries . Unfortunately the system do not let you to select Incident and the fall will appear on Accident + Incident + Fall . If I do not chose the Fall...
You have introduced bowel watch which is great, it would be beneficial to introduce urine watch to ensure urine is passed for incontinent users who do not have a catheter
Could we add the diary to the top of the options with reports, charts, process etc.
I struggle to find it and an easy to access add to diary icon would be beneficial and time saving. It would be an easier option to add straight to the diary especially after ward rounds or specialist visits.
