It would be useful to have an option to specifically state an advocate visit to a resident. Some of our residents have quite regular advocate visits and would be useful to easily be able to search for these when needed.

A managers note section, maybe on the dashboard or somewhere where a note can be recorded to evidence audits and checks and any updates. This would be at home level not on an individual level
