Meal time options to add in desert under all categories

When you select Diner you have the option of adding in deserts to so that the whole meal eaten can be added at one time. This is the same for supper option but the option for tea doesn't include deserts in items to add and has to be added as a separate entry, which is often forgotten. For our residents living with dementia, we support them to have desert/fortified puddings etc with every meal so it would be helpful to the team if all meal selections could have the option of adding in a desert to the one entry.
