You have introduced bowel watch which is great, it would be beneficial to introduce urine watch to ensure urine is passed for incontinent users who do not have a catheter

We currently add (FNC) or (CHC) after the resident's name. It will then say in other parts of PCS for example "Ann (FNC) if fully mobile"

I struggle to find it and an easy to access add to diary icon would be beneficial and time saving. It would be an easier option to add straight to the diary especially after ward rounds or specialist visits.
