on the speech section for the dependency risk assessment, there is no option for "aphasia" - this is similar to dysphasia but specific to patients who have experienced a stroke / TIA

on the MUST tool, it would be helpful to have a list of previous MUST scores with the BMI And weight lists. This is because dietician referral forms request the MUST score alongside weight and BMI readings

To have a delete or void option in the outcome goals if an enter has been inputted accidently

In Care plan you have a bout finances but no finance assessment to link in, it would be handy to have one that has questions on if they handle their money how they do it, if they are at risk of financial abuse etc
