On the MCM system can a new icon be looked into being added to say door alarm check so that it can be checked if it functional and in good working order.

Hi, I would like to be able to get a report on post falls checks , so that we can see that the post falls checks have been carried out .

Would be beneficial to have the option of tapping on covert administration as i am currently changing this in medication given tab

Lots of our residents have more than one type of cream. It would be good if you could provide the facility to have more than one customised cream icon that would state the name of the cream so that carers could choose more than 1 cream at once

Would you be able to add a 'personal care of the deceased' icon? Following someones death when the staff are completing personal care and laying the body out the icons we use are 'washed' 'dressed' etc but it does not indicate the person is deceased.

We have been asked to now gain consent for medication administration and disposal separate from the consent for care. Also, consent to use bed rails and sensor mats. Could this be added to the system

please could we have a radio tile and also a night bag tile if possible please. Thank you

It would be helpful to have a Risk Assessment form for skin tears and also an icon for carers to use.
