That the current assessment automatically updates when changes are made to the assessments. Updating all the info in assessments, care plans, and current assessments is a lot of double work that seems very unnecessary.

a body map as part of initial assessment. the current skin check doesn't let you identify mixed issues e.g if someone's legs dry and red the tiles wont let you add both. this means a full body check has to be logged several times for one check
