Upload documents to Incident Forms

Hello. I think that it would be really good the manager could upload documents to the incident and accident forms on PCS. For example, debrief forms, safeguarding notifications, CQC notifications etc so everything would be in one place.
So, when the Manager reviews the incident there would be an option to attach/upload docs.
