Please can you tell me if there is any progress with developing an ABC chart

It would be useful if any search within the care notes automatically includes any voided entries with the option to untick this if preferred.

It would be helpful if the Care Planning Needed report could have options on how to run. Currently, it runs by alphabetical order, it would be great if we could run by room order too.

is there any possibility to have an action tile on the handset to say that a DOLS assessment is due to take place. Currently we have to select professional or specialist and then handwrite that it is a DOLS assessor

Can you arrange the facility for us to be able to scan on a ReSPECT form to the main page, like a DNAR. ReSPECT forms (with/without DNAR included are being used more now but have a number of pages so taking a photo is not suitable
