Please can the bed rail assessment criteria be clearer to indicate whether your decision is to have bed rails or not. Currently we are only able to freetext to make it clear.

Sending Messages of events which relate to every service user's family all at the same time
The ability to send Messages for events/ activities that are taking place in the home all at the same time to every service user's families. This would be very beneficial to staff who have limited time to spend on the computer
Is it possible for standing hoist to require 2 persons to document (the same as a full hoist)Currently the icon allows only one member of staff to sign which is not appropriate. The second member of staff has to remember to document manually. Thanks

Please could you consider creating a Postcard and Card icon as we have a lot of residents who receive a Birthday, Christmas, Easter Card etc and or Post Card from their loves ones.
