Please include an option to download reports in an excel format instead of just pdf. It is very difficult to create a huge chunk of historical reports in pdf having an option to export reports in excel format will make it a lot easier.

We often have residents who need one tone care support because of clinical need or for behavioural support. I currently cannot evidence that there is someone present for the full 24 hour support.
