Please could the catheter bag icons be changed as the new icons look like a stoma bag and not a catheter bag?

New icons being reported by staff that they are not as easy to see. Medication and PRN medication in particular. Skin integrity not as clear. Is it just out staff or are other's thinking the same ?

We have a Namaste room within our home, Having a "Namaste" icon would be easier for staff to follow use and there will be clear documentation instead of the namaste room being used under different icons making it unclear to review the effectivenes...

can the system allow a GP surgery only rather than having to input a doctors name as well. nowadays so few people are assigned an actual GP and even when they are they change so frequently. Requiring this data prevents saving.
