Any chance that we can connect the wound care staright to the body map?

From an analysis perspective and to ensure checking trends it would be great for incidents to be searched by a word -i.e by a medication name. This would demonstrate that as managers we are checking trends and themes in a much easier and quicker way.

Could we link photos to care notes so when a resident does an activity you can link the photo that they took of them doing it to the care note.

when adding observations via monitor it does not register on the residents observations charts only via the hand devices, so example a blood pressure reading is just typed in where on the device it gives two boxes for the readings

There should be a way to reduce access to those who can review care plans. Currently anyone who has access to edit of evaluate care plans can run off reports which I don't feel is necessary.
