Add a blue tab to the side bar for resident of the day. ROTD date setup. This will help to identify when someone hasn't had the ROTD date setup and reduce the risk of care plan reviews being missed.

Currently the icon looks the same whether the meds were taken, missed or skipped which is misleading. In the care notes again it is difficult to clearly see the status.

The correct practice is to advance and rotate the PEG tube when providing care, currently this is not evidenced without adding text, either a simple change to the wording or an advanced icon would fulfil this.
