Thickner chart in the medication section for fluids

Can the date of when assessment was last complete dbe added to the evac report?

can we add ‘Seizures’ into the chart section and have the system automatically count how many seizures a resident has per week/month etc. We have to manually count at the moment, A nurse had to count over 100 seizures for a resident recently.

Please could a consent form be added for the self-administration of medications please?

When printing care notes for handover, when you select order by location, it would be helpful to have the room numbers come up against residents name.

Add the time to all actions carried out by staff - not just the date. Knowing the actual time information was filled in, or action taken, is essential.

Every resident should have a personal belonging form/chart. That should be add on at admission day, then follow up with any changes if needed. Can this be introduced please as at the moment this is missing from every resident care plan. Thank you

The action icons tend to cover mainly older care home/ nursing home activities. As someone with service users who are young there needs to be many more activity options. Such as swimming, collage, mini golf etc.
