All diary entries are automatically set up as MUST DO actions and cannot be changed. Can PCS introduce the functionality to give choice as to whether diary entries are created as MUST DO or CAN DO actions?

where it says PEG care, Jejunotomy care would be beneficial also , in our service we support adults with both gastrostomy and jejunotomy care. it is important to differentiate between the two.
On the Reports-Care Notes screen have a drop down box to select times. For example filter to show care delivered at night time. This helps to quickly see how much care is given at certain times.
Archived risk assessments should not include current preferences.
Currently when you view an archived risk assessment, the preference sections are included with the current information (not historic) and therefore the risk assessment can appear very conflicting (particularly if needs have changed significantly)....
Dependency for incontinent residents who self manage their own pads.
When residents are clicked as 'self care' for toileting on dependency chart to show as independent on bowel chart, rather than having to click 'continent' as some people self manage their own pads.
