Archived risk assessments should not include current preferences.

Currently when you view an archived risk assessment, the preference sections are included with the current information (not historic) and therefore the risk assessment can appear very conflicting (particularly if needs have changed significantly).

This can be misleading if risk assessments are provided to any third party, for example to a regulator upon a safeguarding enquiry. Preferences should remain as they were at the time in historic assessments so we are able to provide a full and accurate version of the document as it was at the time.
