please allow members of senior staff to create specific folders for residents such as 'safeguarding' in relation to documents received
this refers to the scanned document section as there is no specify folder to put CQC notifications safeguarding notes etc. it would also be helpful to be able to change the names of these folders and create new ones.
It would be helpful to have an 'Addiction' section in care plans, currently find it awkward to find the correct section. Working with young adults with MH we come across a lot. Smoking may also be included within this.
Please could you consider putting in an option to print off all residents service user profiles at the same time. (The first page of the hospital pack) It would make updating folders so much quicker.
