Would you be able to add a 'personal care of the deceased' icon? Following someones death when the staff are completing personal care and laying the body out the icons we use are 'washed' 'dressed' etc but it does not indicate the person is deceased.

We have been asked to now gain consent for medication administration and disposal separate from the consent for care. Also, consent to use bed rails and sensor mats. Could this be added to the system

It is very time consuming to produce a dependency score for the home as your product does not have this tool. Please consider implementing a dependency score matrix.

Could you add a pad check on the charts? Be very useful to evidence how frequent pads are checked on these charts rather than running reports.
