When in a service users file, their care notes should be accessible from there without having to to enter the persons name etc. as this is time consuming and does not make sense.
The ability to void when completing monthly reviews
When completing an monthly update, alot can be going home this meaning you could be distracted however you are unable to void a previous entry and entrys may have other clients information in error. This would be good and could be included in voids.
When entering notes - can currently tick HO box to add to handover. Would like another box please HO 1 week This would be very useful for significant information to ensure it continues to be handed over past 24 hours

We have alot of service users that require pictorial to be able to understand , however they can not read their care plan as you do not have the function to add pictures. I feel this would be a massive benefit to your business
