Simplify the All Actions drop-down when adding a daily record

There are too many actions on the drop down menu for adding a daily record if you simply want to add a general note. These should be limited to 'Nurse', 'Carer', 'Outside Professional' - if you want a more specific selection then click on 'All Actions' for all icons to appear. By having too many on the drop-down menu, it becomes very laborious to add multiple notes quickly.
