Sometimes people have haematomas as part of the wound bed & there is no option for this amongst the options provided, e.g. granulation, necrotic etc.

In the Infection Care plan reviewing that treatment is working is required but you can only record treatment which is the wrong word. I would like to have the option to add review dates in for all Infection Care Plans created.

Hi, We really need check pressure cushion to be added planned care day, so that these can been checked daily for wear and tear and cleanliness. It would be more beneficial having this on here rather than using paper format.
