Food Level 7a and 7b

In NI we need to be able to identify if the assessed level is 7A or 7B for food consistency. The difference is as follows:
7A – easy chew
7B – regular
Can this please be added to the Nutritional assessment and anywhere else it is referred to. Thank you.
