Completion of care records and actions before being able to log out

We woud appreciate if the following was considered as nurse buddy do this, that the completion of care records and actions before staff are being able to log out have to be 100% done and a notification of work that must be complete before logging out, that way staff wouldn't just log out without work being completed, such as fluids not filled out to how much the service user has actually had.
