Please could you add this risk assessment onto PCS for us? We currently use the Eton risk assessment but have been advised by the ICB and the Care Home Team that this risk assessment is better and more widely used?

Hi, on the nutrition section of the system, there is an option for ENSURE. This is a brand of drink. Please can you change this to FORTIFIED DRINK (we use Foodlink Complete and Complan) so it is confusing to call it Ensure.
