We would like to have a Risk Assessment for using around the neck a Pendant Call Bell. To include tick boxes (similar to Bed Rails or Self Medication assessment).

There should be a way to reduce access to those who can review care plans. Currently anyone who has access to edit of evaluate care plans can run off reports which I don't feel is necessary.
