At present I am writing down the Gp's updates in handover and copy and pasting on to the care plans

I have several nurses who are complaining about the new nurse icon as they are neither male of black ad some find this offensive. Is it possible to change this to a universal symbol sucha as a red cross?

When inputting NEWS2 on the handset there is nowhere to add a note as to why we are checking observations i.e. general monthly check, feeling unwell, various symptoms eg dizzy etc

Wound pictures and daily life pictures all end up on the group dashboard. It should be easier to differentiate between the pictures before taking the photograph. Is there a way to group grab pictures?

As part of the reports, can we print care notes etc without the full name of the staff ie. just with initials or even without any. This would help when providing SU details to people while complying with GDPR (third party details must be removed)?

Hourly check to be automaticly done once a job have been done for the resident. Having to do/click CHECK after you already done fluids, meals, pads ..etc, makes no sense.
