Filter personalised care notes

This would be useful for staff supervision / appraisal when analysing person centred information, if care notes have been added to, if you were able to tick a box that says 'personalised notes only' then you would be able to see the amount people were personalising their notes instead of just simply ticking the boxes and not personalising.
