Assessments and care plans - could they be sorted by date and when you update/review one it will move to the bottom and the next review due will be at the top this will save time reviewing.
We are working to upload new photos for all staff, some have been changed, others still need new photos, its tricky to tell which are new and which are older, it would be helpful to be able to see the date when the photo already up was uploaded. Ta
have a list of fluids given throughout the day aswell as a total, incase people have dupicated the same drink, eg to carers have both put down that a resident has just drank 200ml then it will look like the resident has drank 400ml when they haven...
If a resident cannot be weighed and this is clicked on the MUST and then MUAC reading is completed and entered it still comes up with the tile showing up as overdue, it would be better if this could be cleared once MUAC entered
Could we have please a tile added for planned care. We need Mattress cleaned. We have 'check mattress' and 'change bed', however, the care staff does not have where to document that they have cleaned the mattress.
We would like to have a Risk Assessment for using around the neck a Pendant Call Bell. To include tick boxes (similar to Bed Rails or Self Medication assessment).
To maintain cleanliness and hygiene at home, it would be helpful to schedule toilet cleaning as a planned activity every two hourly. This ensures that the toilets remain clean and well-maintained at all times
