As there is an option of bed bath in hygiene - should the report for hygiene not have this as an option to make the report more accurate?

Could there be a night care plan section please as this would be useful for care needs at this time. Care needs can vary throughout the night and an added section within the care plan would be useful i think

Care Notes report - remove "Done" and "Not Done" from the key as these colours don't apply to the Care Notes report and having them in the key is misleading.

Hi. Can you please develop a Report, so that we are able to audit and identify all MCA/BI's completed in each of our homes without having to go in to each individual resident's care plan.

I think a blue tile for people on bowel watch, so we can see this information at a glance.

Can we have the option to remove ADLs in the same way we can tick to state which assessments we do want to use. The new pain ADL is an example where we may not want to use it but currently cannot remove it.

Could be possible to add in the Medical aspect of life any icon where to record daily measurements for service user with for example a suspected DVT or any other medical condition that requires this.
