The food icon is not specific. Ie 1/4 or 1/2 or 3/4 or all. Thie pictures do not tally with the amount it says ie poor = a picture that has a 3/4 amount eaten. This is not poor it is quite good

In the Evacuation report, under Oxygen Tank the little tick to say one is required may be missed during an emergency. Would be better and clearer if the box is coloured to show the resident requires an O2 tank.
