It is really bad that the only way you can view old information that you have to re-create the file, then the admission date changes to the date that you re-created the file, how can we then know then someone was admitted ?

I think there should be a 'view history' option on planned care, so that it is possible to look back at any point in time to check what the care instructions were for the resident. For example, this may be needed for investigation purposes.
