independent icon on bowel chart

so those that are independent is difficult to document bowel movements which leaves gaps in the chart. on some residents, they have an icon this is created from the dependency assessment however this icon will not show up if they require continence aids even though they remain independent. please considering looking into this to allow the icon to attach for all residents that are able and independent so we can have a true reading of the bowel charts and justifies to cqc that monitoring those independent's.
