Create personalized charts

It would be useful if there was a way that we could create our own charts/action icons as all homes and residents are different and we would be able to better personalize their care. Although you do already have a very vast selection of actions to use, there are times when a resident will do something or have routines specific and unique to them that we should record and plan for. I know this is a feature that i have used on other electronic care panning platforms that i have found particularly useful
