When inputting NEWS2 on the handset there is nowhere to add a note as to why we are checking observations i.e. general monthly check, feeling unwell, various symptoms eg dizzy etc

On the section where it says plan care day. It would be a lot easier to have each day laid out so you can plan that day rather than getting confused and having to edit it so much.
We are not using the smiley faces because we don't like the wording they generate, for example 'was happy' or 'was content' - how can we make such value judgements? We don't want these comments attributed to us if if ever came to a court of law. C...
logging off carers who forget/dont want to log off
we are a dom care company with over 100 carers in our work force. There has been times when we needed to be able to log off some carers from time to time and are unable to do this. Carers use their phones for pcs.
I am a senior staff, so is there any facilities to directly tag or send messages to management or any staff to complete that particular task in stating time period.
