Being able to anonymise care notes so that staff names are protected. If a relative etc.. asks for a copy of care notes there is no way of doing this at the moment

MUST tool - once a resident has lost weight and been ticked as <5%, 5-10% or >10%, if they then regain that weight, there is no option for 0% if they gain weight. This leads to a box being ticked for non-existent weight loss
