Hi team ,Like we have an option for a wound care plan, please add an area for chest tube drainage for pleural effusion. Chest tube drainage is performed twice weekly, and detailed documentation is required. Kindly address this issue.

Please can managers sign off the care note errors and be able to see them in the process care note corrections for staff. I should be able to see all of the staff's errors whehn I go onto this without having to select staff indiciudually to check ...

Please can you advise why the Nurse icon has been changed to a male icon.....all but one of our nurses are female and are unhappy. We all appreciate diversity in nursing therefore should the icon not be a universal sign...for instance a Red Cross??

Hi MCM Not my idea but, have you seen/heard of DOLOPLUS-2 SCALE BEHAVIOURAL PAIN ASSESSMENT IN THE ELDERLY?This is a more comprehensive pain scale. could you possible look further into using something like this?
