Unflagging Accidents/Incidents

I would like to see an option for us to write a reason why we have unflagged a care note as an accident or incident. Often we have duplicate records completed & do not need to complete a report for each one as it is the same incident/accident. When other professionals review records, it appears we are unflagging things that are incidents where if we had a note to say "duplicate record-see corresponding completed incident form" this would save confusion.
