Evidence of time taken

Currently, when teams are documenting care provision the system Automatically divides the time up and allocates to a task, the times are not realistic and the only way to stop the system from doing this is to document each action separately which is time consuming and unachievable. could the system be set to not split up the care provided when it is submitted in 1 care note to prevent unrealistic times being split amongst tasks and just record as a whole.
