I would really appreciate a cognitive tile under the activities benefits section please. There are times when the activity doesn't fit either educational or intellectual but is definately involving the use of cognitive abilities.

PEEPS - It would good for the PEEPS to stay at the top of the assesments as at the moment indiviudals using the application on the device will need to scroll to the bottom of the care plan in order to be able to see the persons PEEPS.

A report that tells us which care plans are completed and which not. At present, the report works on what has been reviewed and what is due for reviews, not what is initially complete and what requires completion.
