Service user care notes.

When in a service users file, their care notes should be accessible from there without having to to enter the persons name etc. as this is time consuming and does not make sense.

Hello, Could the 'Choose' option on the care for the reports be filtered more easily to see only the notes from the GP. At present it has all professionals which makes it hard to filter to only GP notes when looking for information.
