Hello, Could the 'Choose' option on the care for the reports be filtered more easily to see only the notes from the GP. At present it has all professionals which makes it hard to filter to only GP notes when looking for information.

We would prefer if the 'Risks to be aware of' be in bold, red writing to fully stand out to staff.
