It would be helpful to have an 'Addiction' section in care plans, currently find it awkward to find the correct section. Working with young adults with MH we come across a lot. Smoking may also be included within this.

Can the night time QR code be added for anytime use which will allow observation/safety checks be carried out throughout day also.
