It would be really useful to have better filtering under possibly all the tabs but in this instance the process tab for care planning done, care planning audit and care planning needed.
when a resident is suspended for outing etc they disappear completely from pod and can only be unsuspended from computer, this is not always convenient if senior staff are in meeting etc, could this be reviewed so that resident would remain on pod...
Is there any way we as customers can create our own format when writing on care notes.Also it would be helpful to get rid of maximum word limit on care notes.
In order to make it easier to track, audit and appraise individual members of staff, it would be useful for the platform to allow us to collate all of a keyworker's named clients in one list, instead of having to go one by one as we currently do.
On the wound care summary, could there be a column added to tell you if there has been a picture added with a yes or no?This would make checking things a lot quickerThank you
How can we evidence a resident needs one to one support
We often have residents who need one tone care support because of clinical need or for behavioural support. I currently cannot evidence that there is someone present for the full 24 hour support.
Would it be possible to have a hearing aid icon at the side of the resident's picture which we could tick and then easily identify who has hearing aids? maybe even dentures/
