Capacity and Consent Chart

Currently the only capacity assessments which are pulled through onto the chart are those which are deemed to lack capacity and follow through to a DOLS referral. It would be helpful to have all capacity assessments on the chart as this shows capacity is being assessed, which is something CQC requires evidence of
