When using a computer, you are able to add an entry for a daily record. I wanted to add something about an emotional incident but this is not an option, like it is on the device. Can all the options be available on a PC as they are on the device.

I don't feel that this risk assessment fits with domiciliary, it is too specific to care home. Could an additional PEEP form be created for domiciliary care?

The report run on PCS for capacity and consent only shows the original information which is inputted. It is not a live document which updates regularly. Please can all reports be up to date reports

Would be really useful to have an option to hide linked staffs profile picture from the Care plan document, as currently when we save the whole care plan to share it with professionals we have to edit it after saving it which looks less professional.
