It woud be good if we could downgrade/upgrade key priorities from daily to weekly or back again as currently we are having to copy and paste to create a new priority and end the other.
On the daily progress notes/tab, could there be a specific tab for 'feedback from resident, representative or health professional, rather than chat. This would further support the homes to evidence the good, the bad and outcomes acheived.

Can we have incidents requiring completion, incident requiring signoff separated
It is quite difficult to separate incidents requiring completion and those requiring sign off as they appear on the same page, cause time wasting clicking .
We are using Earzz acoustic monitoring and it is amazing, please can you add it so when an event is detected it create an action on PCS, this tech has so many possibilities
It would be great if under the Wound Assessment we could change Waterlow score section into Braden score and vice versa (depending which scoring system the home use).
