Can the chiropodist and foot care icons look different as staff can sometimes tend to click on chiropodist instead of foot care

It would be useful to have a care plan review icon for staff to record discussions with individuals and evidence that they have involved individuals in the reviewing of their care plan process.

I think it would be helpful if there was a dietary notification form which the kitchen can view and acknowledge they receive the correct updated information.
