The ability to send Messages for events/ activities that are taking place in the home all at the same time to every service user's families. This would be very beneficial to staff who have limited time to spend on the computer

On Actions tab we need to sometimes select multiple actions for a care plan. It is frustrating to browse through hundreds of actions, therefore a search option would be beneficial.
