When a service user has multiple wounds, it is critical that the care notes reports and the handover shows against each Wound Treatment which wound that note relates to. If a treatment is deteriorating or the treatment is refused, it is important to be able to determine on both the Care Notes report and the Handover which care note / treatment relates to which Wound.
The functionality already exists that links the treatment to the wound; it just needs to be followed through in other critical parts to the system so you don't have to wade through the Wound Printable Report to establish which care note relates to which wound.
