Pressure score

On the skin integrity, there needs to be an icon that says pressure sore, which then directs to the area of the body, then there should be a drop-down list to state the category, 1-4, etc. Staff use the handheld version and are in direct contact with the DN team, they need to be able to log it like this, so then it forms and analysis on the desk top version.
