We have alot of service users that require pictorial to be able to understand , however they can not read their care plan as you do not have the function to add pictures. I feel this would be a massive benefit to your business

Many of our residents kick their sensor mats under beds or away from them. There should be an option for 'refused' with the sensor mat so we can have a way to record this behaviour

You should not be able to copy and paste text from the review comment section. I have noticed this being done and is essentially copying another users entry and risks correct updates not being added.

In the nutrition chart, Can we put a filter to show only those residents with MUST of 1 and above only?

Current audiot tools show what documents have been done or updated but no audit tool allows for a checklist of all the different forms/assessments that need to be in place. An audit tool that assists with this would be useful.

The correct icon for the equipment needed for an individual, ensures there needs are being documented correctly.

It is very time consuming to produce a dependency score for the home as your product does not have this tool. Please consider implementing a dependency score matrix.
