Add the time to all actions carried out by staff - not just the date. Knowing the actual time information was filled in, or action taken, is essential.

Can we have a feature to see when a staff member last logged in via the monitor, and what information they have looked at please. This will help when staff members say they have looked at information on the monitor, but they have not.

Fluids chart and cap requires to be reset at 00:00 as every time when starting work at 08:00 am it shows us fluids drank in the last 24 hours and not on specific day and this can be very confusing.

I would suggest to have a look at the meals..to have the possibility to offer the meal and to be able to go back on the same icon to record the amount.. same as we do with the liquids.
